The HDLH-B series variable frequency constant pressure water supply automatic control cabinet uses advanced AC variable frequency speed regulation technology and microcomputer detection and control technology. It is composed of a variable frequency (speed regulation), a programmable controller or an intelligent variable frequency speed regulation constant pressure water supply controller, and the introduction of low-voltage electrical appliances. It is a new energy-saving water supply equipment that locates the water pump in the full flow range. The control cabinet uses the instantaneous pressure changes of the system pipeline network as a stable parameter (comparative positioning) to control the output frequency of the frequency converter through a microcomputer. Automatically track and adjust the speed of the water pump to achieve PID closed-loop regulation of the system water pressure, thereby ensuring a constant pressure at the end of the pipe network and ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of the entire water supply system. When the water consumption increases, the output frequency of the frequency converter increases, the speed of the water pump increases, and when the water supply increases and the water consumption decreases, the output frequency of the frequency converter decreases, the speed of the water pump slows down, the water supply decreases, and the user's needs for water pressure and flow are guaranteed. Adopting a variable frequency constant pressure water supply system, there is no need to construct high-level water tanks or towers, and the water quality is less susceptible to secondary pollution.
